Sydney University has a diverse portfolio of assets from new to historical. As a former alumnus of the University Trios’ Director Pete James has had the fortune to work on many projects in the precinct, including this heritage chimney remediation and bracing work at the Anderson Stuart building. Trio worked in collaboration with Lend Lease and Stone Mason and Artist to meet the quality and safety requirements according to the heritage engineers’ specifications and Worksafe NSW requirements.
